HEAT DISSIPATION MEDIUM APPLICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation medium applicator which can uniformly apply a heat dissipation medium to a predetermined coating area of a heat dissipation unit. SOLUTION: In the heat dissipation medium applicator 50, a lifting frame 2 is mounted to a base 1 through shafts 3. A compression spring 25 for the lifting frame is fitted to each shaft 3. A mask 4 is held inside the lifting frame 2. An opening 6 having a predetermined shape is formed in the mask 4. The lifting frame 2 is arranged with linear guides 7 and a squeegee frame 8 guided by the linear guides 7. A squeegee 13 is vertically movably fitted to the squeegee frame 8, and the tip end of the squeegee 13 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the mask 4. A pressurizing mechanism for pressing the squeegee 13 to the mask side is installed on the upper end of the squeegee frame 8. A heat dissipation unit carrier passage 11 for carrying the heat dissipation unit is disposed below the lifting frame 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
