Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawl environment improving device continuously developing adhesion prevention effect and fungicidal effect over a long period at a low cost without polluting the environment in water. SOLUTION: A plurality of first cords 10 are bound with a plurality of second cords 11, a first photocatalyst member 13 has a nearly cylindrical form to pass the first cord 10 therethrough, a second photocatalyst member 13 has a nearly cylindrical base part to pass the first cord 10 therethrough and an engaging part formed on the base part, and a third photocatalyst member 19 has a connection part 18 to connect a pair of the nearly cylindrical body parts 17a, 17b to pass the second cord 11 therethrough. Since the first to the third photocatalyst members 13, 16, 19 have the above structure, the displacement of each photocatalyst member 13, 16, 19 relative to the cords 10, 11 is prevented even in the case of swinging the crawl by wave or sea current, and the photocatalyst members can be arranged uniformly over the whole installed area in high density to realize the adhesion prevention effect on aquatic life and fungicidal effect.
