Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electrical machine having a stator in which two or more plates are fixed easily, while the property of layout can be enhanced at low cost without forming any projection on the surface of the stator which consists of two or more plates. SOLUTION: The magneto-generator 1 has a stator 4 made up by laminating two or more plates of magnetic material in axial direction. A projection along the axial direction is formed on one face of side plate members 41A, 41B arranged on both sides of the axial direction of the stator 4, and a through-hole for passing through the projection of the side plate members 41A, 41B is formed in an intermediate plate member 42 other than the side plate members 41A, 41B of the stator 4. In addition, the intermediate plate member 42 is fixed in a laminated state by a rivet 62, and at the same time, a through-hole 63 for receiving a head portion 62a of the rivet 62 and avoiding the projection from the side plate members 41A, 41B is formed at a position which corresponds to the rivet 62 of the side plate members 41A, 41B.
