Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell housing structure capable of excellently maintaining an operation status of a fuel cell according to an initial setting and provide an electronic device. SOLUTION: A fuel cell unit 400 is housed in a fuel cell housing part 201 of a lower case 200. A controlling circuit board 403 is mounted on an upper face of the fuel battery cell unit 400 and a secondary battery 404 is mounted on the circuit board 403. A heat transmission sheet 411 is pasted on an anode plate of the fuel battery cell unit 400. A heat transmission sheet extended part 412 is adhered to an end part of the heat transmission sheet 411. The heat transmission sheet extended part 412 covers a reinforcing rib 207 and is arranged in extension to an inner side of the lower case 200 of a fuel cartridge housing part 202. The heat transmission sheet extended part 412 is adhered tight with the inner side of the case 200. Heat can be conducted efficiently from the fuel battery cell unit 400 to the lower case 200.
