Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display provided with an input function. SOLUTION: Signal lines 111 and sensor lines 113 are arranged through an insulating layer, and in a blanking period, pulses are input to the sensor lines 113. When an object approaches or touches a glass substrate 10, voltage values of pulses induced in the signal lines 111 are increased. Thereby, approach of the object (dielectric) to the glass substrate 10 can be determined by detecting a change in the voltage values. Further, when an optical sensor 25 is connected to each capacitor 24 configured by the signal line 111 and the sensor 113, the voltage values of pulses measured at the touch of an object can be increased.
