PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen apparatus allowing bleeder covers to be easily removed, easy to clean and excelling in design. SOLUTION: The kitchen apparatus 1 includes bleeder parts 22 formed at the upper face of the kitchen apparatus 1; the ventilative bleeder covers 31 removably fitted into the bleeder parts 22 while the upper faces are almost flush with the upper face of the kitchen apparatus 1; and support parts 34 supporting the bottom parts of the bleeder covers 31 fitted into the bleeder parts 22. Cavities are provided below the ends of each bleeder cover 31 to create a state of not supporting the ends by the support part 34, and when the end is lowered, the opposite side end projects upward from the upper face of the kitchen apparatus 1.
