Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a pendulum in a pendulum type dynamic damper with respect to a vibration inputted from a wide variety of directions, having excellent conformability. SOLUTION: A first mounting member 1 mounting an engine is arranged in opposition to a second mounting member 2 mounted to a vehicle body, and the interval between both is connected by an elastic body 3. The elastic body 3 is divided into a first elastic body 4 and a second elastic body 5, an arm support section 6 is provided in the boundary of them so as to support an intermediate section of a rocker arm 7. One end 8 of the rocker arm 7 is supported at a support projection 9 projected downward from the first mounting member 1 and attached to a joint 10 which is rotated in all directions. A mass 11 is provided in the other end of the rocker arm 7, and the rocker arm 7 and the mass 11 constitute the pendulum 12.
