FARM PRODUCT HOT WATER DISINFECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the automation of a farm product hot water disinfection treatment device, and simultaneously downsize the device. SOLUTION: Provided is the farm product hot water disinfection device in whose upper portion a track-like conveyer is disposed and in which a hot water tank and a cold water tank are disposed in parallel along an orbited track below the track-like conveyer, characterized in that the prescribed number of hanging units are disposed on the track-like conveyer at a prescribed distance; hooks for hooking farm product-received receiving bags are disposed on the hanging units; the farm products received in the receiving bags are sequentially conveyed from the hot water tank to the cold water tank with the track-like conveyer; and a draining board is disposed in at least one of the hot water tank and the cold water tank at a lower place by a prescribed distance than the surface of water along the orbited track of the track-like conveyer.
