Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member capable of easily and surely fixing an apparatus body in an existing embedding hole and capable of sealing a gap formed between the embedding hole and the apparatus body with a simple means, and to provide an embedded apparatus. SOLUTION: This fitting member comprises: a framework 11 formed with a flange 11b; and an abutment part 13 formed in the flange part of the framework to abut on a bent spring member 24 from inside thereof to forcibly extend the spring member outward.
