Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the deterioration of mechanical strength at specific spots in the case that a bulb is decompressed and sealed together with a sleeve formed of quartz glass. SOLUTION: A halogen lamp 100 is formed of a tungsten filament 12 inserted into the bulb 11 formed of heat-resistant glass, a pair of metal foil 151, 152 welding both ends of the filament 12, and sealing parts 141, 142 welding outer leads 161, 162 for power supply to the other end of each metal foil 151, 152 and forming the bulb 11 at a metal foil 151 part in a decompression sealing method. A sleeve with the same material as the bulb 11 is arranged in the bulb 11 before the sleeve is decompressed and sealed, and fused by a burner to increase a glass volume of the sealing part 141. In the calcination of the sleeve at that time, imperfect calcined parts 311, 321 are formed at filament 12 sides so as to restrain the contraction of outer surfaces of the sealing parts 141, 142.
