CONTENT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, CONTENT DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS AND CONTENT DISTRIBUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute content to a communication terminal. SOLUTION: When area information on a communication state of an area A is acquired by an area information acquisition means 21 in a content management server 20, a content distribution apparatus 2 included in a content distribution system 1 selects content to be distributed to the area A from contents stored in a content storage part 11 in a content server 10 based on the area information and distributes the selected content to a communication terminal 60 existing in the area A by a content distribution part 23. The communication terminal 60 receives the content distributed from the content distribution apparatus 2 by a content receiving part 61 and outputs the content to an owner of the communication terminal 60 by a content output part 62.
