Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain both heating capability and cooling capability in a heat pump circuit using CO2as refrigerant by keeping high pressure in a supercritical range to a predetermined level even when the size of a heating heat exchanger is extremely limited. SOLUTION: An auxiliary heat exchanger 13b having a capability set smaller than cooling by a gas cooler 13a is provided between the heating heat exchanger 18 and the gas cooler 13a to cool the CO2refrigerant, and output of an outdoor fan 12 is controlled according to the refrigerant temperature at the auxiliary heat exchanger outlet detected by a temperature sensor 26 in order to keep the high pressure in the supercritical range to the predetermined level during cooling/heating simultaneous operation.
