INPUT DEVICE AND DISPLAY WITH INPUT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type input device, can surely solve the disturbance of equipotential line in a sheet electrode, which results from voltage drop of a strip-shaped electrode, and a display with input function. SOLUTION: In a resistance film type input panel 2 of the input device, the distance between the other end potions 16a2 and 16b2 is longer than the distance between one-side end portions 16a1 and 16b1 in first strip-shaped electrodes 16a and 16b, while the distance between the other side end portions 26a2 and 26b2 is longer than the distance between one-side end portions 26a1 and 26b1 in second strip-shaped electrodes 26a and 26b. Therefore, the disturbance of equipotential line resulting from voltage drop in the first strip-shaped electrodes 16a and 16b and the second strip-shaped electrodes 26a and 26b can be absorbed.
