AQUEOUS SOLUTION FOR BLACK MATRIX SURFACE TREATMENT AND SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD OF BLACK MATRIX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution for black matrix surface treatment and a surface treatment method of a black matrix, which prevent deposition of pigment components due to formation of a color filter and are superior in reliability and are capable of improving yield, with respect to manufacturing of a substrate using a black matrix containing nickel. SOLUTION: The aqueous solution for black matrix surface treatment contains one or more kinds of aminophosphonate compounds and processes a surface of the black matrix containing nickel. In the surface treatment method of the black matrix, the surface of the black matrix is processed with the aqueous solution for black matrix surface treatment before formation of the color filter after the black matrix containing nickel as a component is formed on a substrate.
