EQUIPMENT CONTROL MONITORING DEVICE AND EQUIPMENT CONTROL MONITORING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an equipment control monitoring device suppressing communication waiting time. SOLUTION: An air conditioning control monitoring device 1 is connected to a plurality of air conditioners 5 via an auxiliary master unit 3. An air conditioner control part 10 receives issuance of an operation instruction from an upper input/output device 7 and a building centralized administration device 9, and generates and outputs an instruction for operating the operating condition of the air conditioners 5 such as operation/stop to an air conditioner operation information table 17. A communication control part 11 edits operation information of the air conditioner operation information table 17 and writes out the operation information to a communication content control table of a communication control table 18. The communication control part 11 controls use conditions of communication ports 12, 13 by using a port control table of the communication control table 18, and transmits communication information sequentially from the available communication ports. The communication control part 11 updates the operating condition of the air conditioners 5 within a condition monitoring table 16 based on the communication result, and an output part 14 outputs the information on the operating condition to an output device 6.
