FASCIA BOARD MATERIAL AND EAVES EDGE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves edge structure using a fascia board material, which can simplify assembly work and which is excellent in strength. SOLUTION: The eaves edge structure uses the fascia board material 1 which is formed by performing extrusion molding of fiber reinforced hydraulic composition and which indicates the property that it breaks by developing multiple cracks at the time of bending loading. The top of the fascia board material 1 is directly fixed to the end 4a of a rafter 4 on the eaves edge side, and a cradling 2 is fixed on the lower backside of the fascia board material 1. Then an eaves ceiling material 3 is fixed to the cradling 2, and hardware 9 used for fixing a gutter 8 is directly screwed to the frontside of the fascia board material 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
