Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film for vapor deposition, which is excellent in oxygen- and water-vapor-barrier properties, particularly the water-vapor-barrier property, and is excellent in water resistance. SOLUTION: The coating film has a coating layer which is obtained through a step of unidirectionally stretching an unstretched film made of a polymer resin composition, subsequently applying a water dispersion coating liquid of a polyurethane resin composition having a urethane ligand, a urea ligand and an acid group to the obtained stretched film and subsequently stretching the stretched film coated with the coating liquid in a direction perpendicular to the first stretching direction and a heat-treatment step. The coating layer has a water contact angle within the range of 50-100° and a three-dimensional surface roughness SRa of ≤0.040 μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
