Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali-saponified polymer having flexibility, excellent in miscibility with another resin and also an excellent moisture permeability, and a polymer composition obtained by blending an olefinic polymer with the above saponified polymer, further improved with the flexibility and miscibility. SOLUTION: This moisture permeable material comprising the saponified polymer (A) obtained by alkali-saponifying an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer is provided by having a 0.1 to 5.8 mol/kg range alkali metal ion concentration in the saponified polymer.
