SOLUTION: A skeleton member in which gantry frame bars are erected on a case body and the hand bar is connected to top ends to rise and fall down freely is covered with the basket body formed of fabric, a folding lid covering an opening of the basket body and a front hanging lid hung in the front are provided in continuity to form the lid body so as to be foldable, a folding part of the folding lid is connected to the hand bar, a hook is arranged in the upper part in the back of the basket body, a Velcro is attached to the center, an engage bar is arranged in the horizontal direction in the upper part of the gantry frame bar erected in the rear part of the cart and a lateral bar is arranged in the center, the hook is engaged with the engage bar to be engaged with and disengaged from freely, a Velcro is wound around the lateral bar, and the basket body is mounted to the cart to be attached and detached easily.
