When the image quality is corrected, information management is performed internally beforehand regarding the reflection of a mobile shape (key pad design, the tilting angle of the liquid crystal and the keypad) in a liquid crystal area and image quality is corrected on a display area corresponding to the reflection, thereby correcting image quality precisely on each liquid crystal area. Furthermore, handicapped situations (factors being handicapped in sight, field of view or coloring sense) of the handicapped in sight are added to reflection information, thereby suitably correcting image quality specialized for the handicapped in sight.
