FLASH DRYER FOR CRUSHED FOOD AND DRYING PLANT FOR CRUSHED FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash dryer for crushed food capable of efficiently drying any kind of crushed food. SOLUTION: The flash dryer 1 for crushed food is equipped with a housing 10 having a cylindrical inner circumference face 10C around a shaft 11. An input opening 12 is formed at an axial one end side of the housing 10, and an outlet opening 13 is formed at the other axial end side. Ring-like ring members 21-24 concentric with the shaft 11 and having outer circumference faces with intervals with respect to the inner circumference face 10C of the housing 10 are formed in the housing 10. Blade members 31-33 having side faces with intervals with respect to the inner circumference face 10C of the housing 10 are provided vertically to the ring members 21-24. The ring members 21-24 and the blade members 31-33 are provided so as to rotate together with the shaft 11. Intervals D1, D2, D3 of side faces 31T-33T of the blade members 31-33 with respect to the inner circumference face 10C of the housing 10 are formed gradually smaller. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
