SOLUTION: The intake manifold M is divided into a plurality of synthetic resin blocks Ma, Mm, Mb. A drive shaft 18 of the intake air passage change-over valve 7 and a valve element 8 are attached in one block Mm out of the plurality of blocks Ma, Mm, Mb in such a manner that assembly of the same is completed in the block Mm, and other blocks Ma, Mb are welded on the block Mm.
