Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core having excellent DC characteristics and magnetic characteristics even when molded at a low pressure at a room temperature. SOLUTION: The dust core is manufactured of a composite magnetic material powder in which two or more kinds of amorphous soft magnetic alloy powders are uniformly dispersed, and an adhesive resin. The amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder consists of a first amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder having an average grain size of 30-100 μm and a second amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder having an average grain size of 1-15 μm. The adhesive resin consists of a methylphenyl-based silicone resin, or a polypropylene powder or a polyethlene powder having an average grain size of 1-15 μm. A silane coupling agent may be used to reduce the amount of the adhesive resin. After that, the composition including the amorphous soft magnetic alloy powder and the adhesive resin is pressure-molded at a room temperature to manufacture a molded product. The molded product is subjected to annealing at a temperature lower than the crystallizing temperature of the amorphous soft magnetic alloy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
