Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of charging with an outside power source and reducing inconvenience caused by regional difference in power source voltage characteristics of the outside power source actually used. SOLUTION: The battery pack used for the power source of an electrical apparatus includes: an input terminal for inputting variable power source voltage from the outside power source to a battery cell group; a detecting means (S106) for detecting the characteristics of the power source voltage inputted from the outside power source to the input terminal in a state that the outside power source is connected to the input terminal; a voltage condition changing means (S110) for changing a voltage condition when the battery pack finishes discharge according to the detected power source voltage characteristics; and a discharge stopping means (S109) for stopping the discharge of the battery pack when the voltage condition applies.
