X-RAY GENERATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a X-ray generating device enabling to change the injection position of electron beams to a target while holding a vacuum condition in an electron passage. SOLUTION: In the X-ray generating device 1, a resin sheet 25 is arranged between a supporting member 26 supporting the target 5 and an emission end 13 and a holding frame 27 of the supporting member 26 is rotatably fitted to a fitting hole 29a of a resin thrust member 29. So, in the state that the supporting member 26 is thrust against the emission end 13 by the thrust member 29, the supporting member 26 is slidably rotated around a center line L2 of the fitting hole 29a. At this time, the injection position P of the electron beams E to the target 5 deviates from a rotational center C of the target 5, and so the injection position of the electron beams E to the target 5 is changed. Still, air tightness between the supporting member 26 and the emission end 13 is secured by an O-ring 31 and the resin sheet 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
