PERSONAL AUTHENTICATION DEVICE AND PERSONAL AUTHENTICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance personal authentication precision by reducing the risk of illegal use by spoofing. SOLUTION: An extraction processing part 23 of an authentication server 2 reads out management information correlated with continuous biological information and action information in each measuring schedule time of a user concerned in a user ID input from a user terminal device 1, from a management information storage part 32, and extracts the measuring schedule time correlated with a heart rate exceeding a prescribed threshold value, on the management information. An authentication processing part 24 displays an action information input request screen in the extracted measuring schedule time on the user terminal device 1. The authentication processing part 24 authenticates an operator of the user terminal device 1 as a correct user, when a content of the action information input by the user terminal device 1 is consistent with that of the action information correlated with the extracted measuring schedule time on the management information.
