Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting and observing accurately with the passage of time, a position or spatial spread of only transplanted cells, and discriminating various transplanted cells, in an animal model experiment for observing the transplanted cells into a small animal for the experiment. SOLUTION: The method of detecting in vivo transplantation cells transplanted into a small animal body includes the steps of: preparing cells into which gene for manifesting a tag which is part of a peptide or a protein on cell membranes of the cells as the transplantation cells; transplanting the transplantation cells into the small animal; and detecting the tag in the small animal.
