Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for safety control in towing of a concrete caisson having openings, with which the concrete caisson can be towed safely without causing accidents like overturn of the concrete caisson or worker's fall into the sea even in the towing in the outer sea where the waves are high and the tidal current is fast. SOLUTION: The openings 15 in an outer wall surface of the caisson is closed with cutoff temporary covers 17, and an upper face opening of each of compartments 14 is closed with an upper face temporary cover. A drain pump for discharging the water entering into each of the compartments and a water level sensor are arranged in each of the compartments 14. A control device 30 on the caisson for controlling operation/stoppage of the drain pump is mounted on the caisson, and a control device on the support-facility for remotely operating the control device on the caisson is mounted on another support facility. The measured value obtained by each of the water level sensors is transmitted to the control device on the support facility via a wireless LAN, and the state of normality or abnormality is monitored by a computer. An instruction signal for starting up the drain pump is transmitted from the on-support-facility control device to the control device on the caisson when the state of abnormality occurs, and an instruction signal for stopping the drain pump is transmitted when the state of normality is recovered thereafter, so that the drain pump of the place where the state of abnormality occurs may be controlled.
