Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a handrail mounting strength and the strength of a handrail, and reduce the cost of casting, when a cast upper frame is used. SOLUTION: Handrail mounting seats 31, 31 are formed at the bottom section 30a of the cast upper frame 30, and the bottom ends of both struts 33, 33 of the handrail 32 are attached to the handrail mounting seats 31, 31. Also, a seat plate 38 for mounting a floor plate is suspended and fixed, at a position higher than the mounting position between the both struts 33, 33, and the front end of the floor plate 39 is attached to the seat plate 38.
