Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic acrylic resin composition which can be used for a coating, an adhesive, and the like, does not deteriorate ion conductivity even after cross-linked with a cross-linking agent, is especially suitable for a pressure sensitive adhesive layer for a surface-protecting film of an optical member such as a polarizing plate used for producing a liquid crystal display, is transparent, and little generates static electricity in peeling. SOLUTION: This antistatic acrylic resin composition comprises an acrylic resin (A) having a hydroxyl group and an alkylene oxide chain, a compound (B) having a functional group reactable with a hydroxyl group, and an ion compound (C) with a specific structure. The acrylic resin (A) contains a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a primary hydroxyl group and a 3-20C alkyl chain as an essential constituent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
