Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and methods for determining initiation and/or the termination of an autonomous in vivo imaging procedure by a capsule imaging the gastrointestinal tract. SOLUTION: The images captured by the autonomous device are analyzed to determine whether or not the autonomous device is in vivo, and it is determined whether or not the image is outside of the body, and if outside of the body, it is terminated.
