VACUUM CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner eliminating troublesomeness over maintenance by reducing dust sticking on the inner wall of a dust storage part through static electricity. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes: a suction gear for sucking dust from a face to be cleaned; a dust box 6 disposed in an upstream side of a blower 5 for generating sucking stream and having a stainless-steel mesh filter 12 with a plurality of perforations to centrifugally separate and store dust sucked from the suction gear; and an ionized air generating means 31. The ionized air generated by the means 31 can be delivered inside the box 6. Thereby delivering the ionized air inside the box 6 neutralizes the static electricity on the filter 12 and on the dust to reduce the electricity or eliminate it, resulting in reduction or prevention of dust electrically sticking inside the box 6 to make separation of the dust easy at disposal of the dust inside the box 6 and maintenance effortless as well.
