Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile communication terminal to store a frequency rejection list which is information concerned with cells disabled for wireless communication and to enable the mobile communication terminal to control search execution/non-execution (frequency rejection) of cells in accordance with the contents of the rejection list. SOLUTION: When frequency assignment is not unified (in a part of cells, a frequency is allocated to different communication providers), a frequency rejection time is set shorter than that of a case that the frequency assignment is unified. Consequently, when a mobile communication terminal concerned with a frequency f3, e.g., is moved from an area A to an area B, frequency rejection is performed in cells surrounded by broken lines and represented as "others". When the mobile communication terminal is further moved to an area C, frequency rejection processing started in the area B is ended because of shorter frequency rejection time setting. Namely, when the mobile communication terminal is moved from the area B to the area C, the frequency rejection time expires, the frequency rejection is canceled, and the frequency f3 can be used to connect the mobile communication terminal in the area C.
