SOLID-STATE IMAGING APPARATUS, AND CAMERA SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus and a camera system, capable of reducing an instantaneous current in a global shutter method without affecting a rolling shutter method and a reading operation. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes: a pixel array part 110; a pixel drive part 120; and a shutter mode switching part 140 for controlling the operation of the pixel drive part in accordance with either a rolling shutter method with which exposure is performed for each row or a global shutter method with which exposure is simultaneously performed for all pixels. The pixel drive part 120 includes a shutter mode corresponding part 200 for selecting a part of a plurality of control lines when performing exposure according to the rolling shutter method, selecting all the plurality of control lines when performing exposure according to the global shutter method, and making an impedance value up to a power source viewed from the control lines in global shuttering larger than an impedance value in rolling shuttering.
