TEST DEVICE FOR STORAGE DEVICE AND CONTROL CIRCUIT OF TEST DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively discriminate whether there is abnormality of unload mechanism when product inspection of a storage device is performed. SOLUTION: In an unload normal condition, an electric signal converted from a noise signal caused by conflict of an actuator and a stopper of a magnetic disk device does not become a potential being exceeding a threshold value (with reference voltage as the threshold value), and therefore, an output of a discrimination signal never become "H" (signal on). On the other hand, in an abnormal state, an electric signal becomes sometimes a potential being exceeding the threshold value with reference voltage as the threshold value, (for example, since the actuator is not locked to the stopper, a noise signal is generated by minute swinging of the actuator at the vicinity of the stopper, or the like), an output of an discrimination signal is obtained.
