Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computerized method for calculating a file system space amount managed by a medium synchronization engine. SOLUTION: The computerized method for calculating a system file space amount to be managed by the medium synchronization engine includes: determining a total size with respect to a medium file from a last synchronization with the synchronization engine; determining the total size of a folder which includes only the medium file from the last synchronization with the synchronization engine and does not have a file or sub-folder from other than the last synchronization with the synchronization engine; determining the total size belonging to the medium file from the last synchronization with the synchronization engine; and calculating a space amount managed including the total file size and adding up of the total folder size and the total metadata size.
