IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge capable of preventing a temperature rise in a photoreceptor drum and suppressing influences on an image. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image forming apparatus main part 101 and a process cartridge 102 having an electrophotographic photoreceptor drum 107, wherein the inner part of the photoreceptor drum 107 has a hollow part 120 with both ends in an axial direction penetrating to form an air flow passage 120L. When the process cartridge 102 is attached to the image forming apparatus main part 101, an air passage port 125 formed in the image forming apparatus main part 101 is aligned to the end opening 120a of the air flow passage 120L of the photoreceptor drum 107 to allow air to pass through.
