Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetables and fruits quality determination apparatus for determining the quality of a vegetables and fruits by only a portion required to be measured. SOLUTION: The vegetables and fruits quality determination apparatus includes: an imaging apparatus 20 for imaging the vegetables and fruits 1; a light emitting means 31 for emitting a light to the vegetables and fruits 1; a light receiving means 32 for receiving the infrared light emitted by the light emitting means 31 and transmitted through or reflected from the vegetables and fruits 1; and a controller 40 for obtaining an imaging result by the imaging apparatus 20, successively obtaining a plurality of light receiving results from the light receiving means 32, determining a quality determination region in the vegetables and fruits 1 based on the imaging result, and determining the quality based on the light receiving results in the quality determination region.
