Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-hygrostat capable of easily performing low-humidity control. SOLUTION: This thermo-hygrostat 1 includes a first space 3, a second space 4 for sucking a gas from the first space 3 and refluxing the gas to the first space 3 while adjusting its temperature and humidity, a device body 2 comprising a partitioning wall 5 to partition the first space 3 and the second space 4, a blower 20, and a cooling dehumidifier 30 disposed in the second space 4. The blower 20 has a suction section 24 opened toward the first space 3, and a supply section 25 for supplying the gas in the first space chamber 3 sucked from the suction section 24 toward the second space 4. A cylindrical section 7 is connected with an edge section of a communication hole 5a formed on the partitioning wall 5, and a clearance (communication pathway) 8 is formed between the cylindrical section 7 and the suction section 24.
