Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative sheet having excellent cubic design and an anti-fouling property and suitable for vacuum forming work at high productivity. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet having the above characteristics can be manufactured by extruding an acrylic resin composition (C) having a molten viscosity of not more than 2,500 Pa sec at a shear rate of 122 (1/sec) and at a heating temperature of 260°C and a glass transition temperature of 40 to 115°C as a molten film between an irregular surface having an embossed uneven shape of a 0.1 to 0.7 mm thick thermoplastic resin sheet (X) and a 20 to 300 μm thick acrylic resin film (Z), and then pinching the laminate with two rolls or belts to integrate the same.
