PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure where, particularly die production cost is suppressed, and flexibility to the change of a design or the like is excellent. SOLUTION: The powder molding device 1 is provided with: each split die 2; a die holder 3 holding the split die 2 in a closed and an openable state; and upper and lower punches 4, 5, and constituted so that powder H is packed into a cavity C divided by a die hole 2a formed in a state where the split die 2 is closed and the lower punch 5 or they and a core rod 6 is compressed by the relative movement of the die holder 3 and the upper and lower punches 4, 5, wherein the die holder 3 includes: a body 8 with a holding hole 8a; each split holder 7 forming an outside diameter suitable for the holding hole 8a and an inside diameter fitted with the split die 2 and further split to the radius direction; and switching means (8a, 7a, 15) switching the split holder 7 from a tightened form at which it is closed into a non-tightened form at which it is openable, and the split holder 7 holds the split die 2 in a closed state by the above tightened form and also holds the split die 2 in an openable state by the above non-tightened form.
