SCUM REMOVING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scum removing apparatus allowing scum collected by a scum pan and only raw water near the water surface to flow into a pipe skimmer. SOLUTION: The scum removing apparatus 1 is provided with the pipe skimmer 3 with a scum inflow port 2 on a periphery rotatably provided to move between a position above the water surface and a position at the water surface, and the rockable scum pan 4 wherein one end is located at the pipe skimmer 3 side, the other end is sunk in the water when the scum inflow port 2 is located above the water surface, and when the scum inflow port 2 is at the water surface, the other end is raised above the water surface to run the scum to the scum inflow port 2.
