Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk drink reduced in smell peculiar to milk, sanitary and having favorable flavor, and to provide a method for producing the milk drink. SOLUTION: The method for producing the milk drink comprises: a first process for deodorizing raw material milk by allowing the raw material milk to come in contact with adsorptive resin to deodorize the raw material milk to obtain deodorized milk; and a second process for heat-sterilizing the milk containing the deodorized milk by a direct heating method to obtain heat-sterilized milk.
