Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic foaming beverage containing milk constituent capable of stably and internally holding air bubbles formed in the solution of a milk constituent-containing beverage by shaking the beverage without losing stability of the beverage. SOLUTION: The acidic foaming beverage containing milk constituent includes 0.1-0.35 wt.% of a fermented cellulose compound. The foaming beverage is produced by (A) adding the compound so as to have the fermented cellulose content of 0.06-0.2 wt.% in the beverage, and (B) shaking a container containing the beverage so as to foam the beverage.
