SOLUTION: The taste improver has a mixture of a single or at least two of diglyceride with one side of which a relatively short-chain fatty acid having a specific number of carbon atoms is combined, and with the other side of which a relatively long-chain fatty acid having a specific number of carbon atoms is combined, as an active ingredient.
