RADIO WAVE RECEIVING LEVEL INDICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve misgiving and misinterpretation to radio wave ambient for a user of a terminal device caused by a difference between a radio wave reception level of acquisition frequency when awaiting in order to perform transmission operation and call termination start, and the radio wave reception level of other frequency bands capable of using communication services. SOLUTION: A radio wave reception level of awaiting frequency band f1 is measured for every fixed period T. When the radio wave reception level of this frequency band f1 becomes smaller than predetermined level, it is compared with a radio wave reception level of frequency band f2 which can utilize communication services. If the reception level of frequency band f2 is larger than the reception level of frequency band f1, operation process of antenna bar display is performed using the radio wave reception level of the frequency band f2 so that the number of antenna bars is determined.
