Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery server apparatus which can deliver content in a short time using a less amount of electric wave resource. SOLUTION: A content delivery server system includes a CP 10 (such as a broadcast station) for transmitting content in the form of broadcasting wave, a content delivery server apparatus (BM-SC 20) for receiving the content from the CP 10 and also transmitting/receiving data via a communication line, and a user terminal (UE 30) for receiving the content broadcast from the CP 10 and also transmitting/receiving communication data to/from the BM-SC 20. The BM-SC 20 includes a function of temporarily storing the content from the CP 10, a function of analyzing defect state data (NACK) received from the UE 30 and preparing delivery schedule data, a function of delivering the stored data by multicast or unicast communication and controlling the start and end of the delivery, and a function of deleting the received data.
