Since a recording frame rate for recording an image is changed thereby according to the operation type (PAN/TILT, automatic tracking) and the moving speed of the camera 10, the operating efficiency of a storage unit such as a hard disk is improved, compared with the case where recording of images is restricted by a fixed setting.
