Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for toner and a toner having good durability and excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: The resin composition for toner includes a resin (D) obtained by reacting a styrenic polymer (A) containing active hydrogen groups and having a peak molecular weight (Mp) of 30,000-2,000,000, a styrenic polymer (B) containing active hydrogen groups and having a peak molecular weight (Mp) of 2,000-20,000, and a crosslinkable compound (C) having isocyanate groups, wherein the ratio between the number of active hydrogen groups in the styrenic polymers (A) and (B) and the number of isocyanate groups in the crosslinkable compound (C) is 15:1 to 100:1.
