Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for a corrosive gas filling vessel which is a DISS valve often used for the corrosive gas filling vessel recently, and which is provided with a mechanism preventing corrosion of an inside of an outlet. SOLUTION: This valve 1 for the corrosive gas filling vessel includes: a valve body part 2 including channels 10a, 10b through which corrosive gas passes; the outlet 25 projecting from the valve body part 2; an outlet cap 5 fitted to the outlet 25; a partition plug 9 arranged in the outlet cap 5; and a gasket 7 disposed on the partition plug 9, and is provided with a mechanism having a side surface projection part 32 fitted to a notch part 92 when the outlet cap 5 is attached to the outlet 25 and preventing the partition plug 9 from rotating together by arrangement of the partition plug 9. A sealing material 70 is disposed between the outlet cap 5 and the outlet 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
